Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the use of this website and the general basis on which Westbridge International Trading Limited ("Westbridge") engages with business customers. They do not replace the specific terms of any individual contract of sale.

1. Business customers only

Westbridge trades on a business-to-business basis. Goods are supplied to companies and other commercial buyers for resale, distribution or business use. We do not sell to private consumers, do not operate an online shop, and do not accept consumer orders. By submitting an enquiry you confirm you are acting in the course of a business.

2. Website content

The categories, descriptions and images on this website are provided for general information about the scope of our trading activity. They are not an offer to sell, and they are not a stock list. Product availability and specifications are subject to enquiry.

3. Quotations and orders

A quotation is valid only for the period stated on it and is subject to availability at the time of order confirmation. A binding contract arises only when Westbridge issues a proforma invoice or order confirmation and the buyer accepts it in accordance with its terms. Prices, minimum order quantities, lead times and payment terms are agreed per order.

4. Delivery and risk

Delivery, transfer of risk and allocation of costs are governed by the Incoterms® 2020 rule stated on the order confirmation. Stated lead times are estimates given in good faith and depend on production and shipping schedules.

5. Inspection and claims

The buyer is responsible for inspecting goods on arrival. Claims relating to quantity, condition or specification must be notified in writing, with supporting evidence, within the period stated in the order confirmation.

6. Compliance

The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the goods ordered may lawfully be imported, marketed and used in the destination country, including any licensing, labelling, certification and registration requirements. Both parties will comply with applicable export control, sanctions and anti-bribery laws.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, Westbridge is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or business interruption, and our total liability in respect of any order is limited to the invoiced value of that order.

8. Intellectual property

The content, layout and graphics of this website are the property of Westbridge International Trading Limited and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Governing law

These terms and any contract of supply are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
